Kirk Thompson, Owner & Principal Project Manager
Kirk Thompson, is a McMaster Engineering graduate who began his career in the nuclear industry, where he managed Engineering-Procurement-Construction projects ranging from 500k-200M in size. In his spare time, Kirk deployed his project management expertise into residential real estate where he executed Legal Basment Apartment conversion projects in the Durham Region. Having to install egress windows in each basement apartment to meet code requirements, Kirk became proficient in egress window Installations, and aquired the tooling required to deliver this service for other homeowners in the Durham Region.
