Kirk, Owner & Principal Project Manager
Kirk , is a Project Manager who worked in the nuclear industry and managed Large Engineering-Procurement-Construction projects which were focused on safety. In his spare time, Kirk deployed his project management expertise into residential real estate where he executed Legal Basment Apartment conversion projects in the Durham Region. Having to install egress windows in each basement apartment to meet code requirements, Kirk became proficient in the installation process and further developed a passion for improving the safety and light of homes for others in the GTA.
